1. What can I expect after scheduling a shoot?

Once you schedule a shoot with 913 Productions, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your scheduled date and time. The shoot typically takes about 1 hour, depending on the size of the property and the services requested. Afterward, the photos will go through professional editing and processing before they are delivered to you.

2. How and when will I be notified that my photos are ready?

You will receive an email notification with a download link once your photos are ready. The standard turnaround time for delivery is 2 days after shooting, but this may vary based on the scope of the project. If you need expedited processing, please let us know in advance, as rush fees may apply.

3. How do I pay?

Payment is due upon delivery and download of photos.  If your shoot was scheduled through a third party, such as a real estate agent or property manager, the payment may have been handled by them. If you have any questions about billing, feel free to contact us.

4. I already had photos taken, but I’m told I need to pay again to use them. What did I pay for before?

When you purchased photos from 913 Productions, you paid for the photography service and professional editing, not the ownership of the images. Your payment (or the payment made on your behalf) covered the time and expertise of the photographer, the professional editing and retouching of images, and a limited-use license to market the property for a specific purpose (rental or sale). However, ownership of the photos remains with 913 Productions, meaning they cannot be resold, transferred, or used beyond the original licensed purpose without a new purchase. Additionally, your purchase may have been made through a third party, such as a property manager, real estate agent, or marketing company. If that’s the case, your use of the photos is still subject to the original licensing terms, and any additional usage may require a new license.

5. Do I own the photos once I purchase them?

No. When you purchase photos, you are licensing them for a specific purpose, not owning them outright. 913 Productions retains full copyright ownership, meaning the images cannot be reused, resold, transferred, or used beyond the agreed-upon terms.

6. What does it mean to have copyright ownership?

Copyright ownership means that 913 Productions maintains full rights to all images. You are granted a license to use them for your specific property listing, but you cannot distribute, alter, or resell them.

7. Can I use the photos more than once?

No. The license is granted for a single-use only. If you need to use the photos for a different listing or property promotion, a new license purchase is required.

8. I used these photos to list my house on Airbnb. Can I use them to sell it now?

No. If you initially licensed the images for an Airbnb rental listing, you will need to purchase a new license to use the photos for a home sale. The previous license expires once the original purpose is fulfilled.

9. Why do I have to pay again for the photos if I already paid once?

Each purchase grants a single-use license for a specific property marketing purpose. If you need to use the images for a different listing or purpose, you must acquire a new license. This ensures fairness to both clients and the photographer, as images cannot be reused indefinitely without compensation.

10. Who owns the license—me or the person who paid for it?

The license is issued to the person or entity that makes the payment. If a real estate agent, property manager, or third party paid for the photos, they hold the license, and usage rights are tied to them. If you need to use the photos for your own purposes outside of their original intent, you may need to purchase a separate license.
